About the role
Our allied health professionals ensure children across Australia are empowered to thrive in their everyday environments. All paediatric participants receive cost-effective, tailored plans, collaborative input and family-centred support. Our team of clinicians work together to form a holistic, evidence-based collaborative plan that meets each child’s needs – as well as the preferences of families/carers.
We are Seeking a dynamic manager who has a track record in operational excellence who is interested in further developing their leadership and management skills to grow and develop the Occupational Therapy discipline.
The role focuses on driving a high-performance team who is focused on clinical efforts, quality and promoting a culture of engagement.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day to day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases
- Delivering training, induction and supervision as required
- Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
- Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists, to provide support and training
- Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases
- Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventions
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience, especially in the areas of operational management, budgeting, business analytics and resource allocation
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy with General AHPRA registration
- Valid and unrestricted drivers licence with access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of computer literacy & proficiency
- Passion for making a difference
- Ability to effectively manage change and work at pace

Salary: 90-115K + Super
