Regional and state managers liaise with external stakeholders to provide individualised support plans, while ensuring compliance to time frames and protocols. Passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals and maximise independence, they champion our organisational culture based on company values. Developing both internal and external professional development for all staff, they are key to our successful program delivery!

Clinical managers and supervisors

Our clinical leads and supervisors provide regular individual supervision, group supervision and review of clinical documents to support the development of our provisional clinical staff. With a passion for mentoring, teaching and training, these non-client facing staff empower their teams to be the best at what they do.

Partnerships managers

Partnership managers are responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships between Humanity Health Group and business partners across Australia and the United Kingdom. From identifying new business opportunities to driving customer strategies to maximise opportunities and product diversity – no two days are the same for this collaborative team.

Research assistants and innovation officers

Our research assistants work across all of the Humanity Health Group brands to source the latest research and innovative techniques. They are responsible for both content and resource creation, conducting analyses and writing reports.

Acting as the first point of contact for support coordinators, participants, their loved ones and more, these teams provide exceptional customer service to both clients and staff, whilst following participants journeys from start to finish.
