A new approach to positive, holistic wellbeing at work
We understand it can be tricky to stay engaged and entertained during times of uncertainty – we’ve developed the
following list of activities, resources and virtual events so that with one click, we can all stay connected!
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
You are our top priority.
It’s important that all staff feel supported to be their best, and bring their best to work, each and everyday. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) does just this – offering the support you need in a completely confidential environment.
This over-the-phone counselling service can be accessed for both personal and work-related issues, tailored to meet your unique needs. Each staff member is entitled to up-to six sessions (per calendar year).
If you would like to access this complimentary, confidential service, please:
- Email [email protected] from your work address
- Await contact by phone within 24 hours
- Arrange your first session with the service provider
8×8
It’s never been easier to stay connected.
All staff have access to 8×8 Work, a communications application with voice, video, chat, and web conferencing. Did you know, you can use this for national video calls after hours, to remain connected with loved ones at no extra cost to you? 8×8 Work is installed on all work-issued desktops, and can be download on both Apple and Android devices via the App Store.
Bonusly
Support your team mates and redeem your points!
We keep recognition fun and personal through Bonus.ly, our recognition and rewards platform. There are two types of point balances within Bonus.ly – your monthly allowance of 100 points, and your earnings balance.
Your monthly allowance can only be given away to your colleagues. They are automatically refreshed on the first of each month. At the end of the month, any points you haven’t given out will expire.
Your earnings balance are the points that you receive from your colleagues, which can be spent on rewards from our rewards catalogue – from Uber Eats to JB Hi-Fi, David Jones to IKEA, there’s something for everyone.

Love what you do? Tell your friends to come join our crew!

It’s World Mental Health Day. Here’s some simple tips we can use to help our mental health at work:
- Take a break – moving away from our work station can improve concentration when we go back to work.
- Drink an extra glass of water to calm and relax your brain.
- Talk to a colleague about something other than the tasks you are working on. A quick chat can help us feel sociable and connected which is good for our mental health.
- Eat a healthy snack to give your brain the fuel it needs and maintain good blood sugar levels.
- Reset by noticing 5 things you can see around you, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste next time you feel something overwhelming you.
