It’s no secret, allied health professionals are busy people.
Please tell us about a time where you had lots of competing priorities – how did you manage these deadlines (while still looking after yourself and your own wellbeing)?
Our clients are at the heart of all we do. While we work our hardest to deliver high-quality services at all times, we do occasionally field complaints. Describe a time that you dealt with negative feedback (it happens – we’re all human). How did you respond? Did you learn anything from this experience?
We aim to hire the best talent, so our participants receive the highest quality of care. The following questions are a chance for you to tell us how awesome you will be in your role, and what your career aspirations are!
Let us know why you’re interested in our Graduate Program, and what your greatest achievements are. Perhaps you’ll touch on why you’re interested in working within the disability sector? We’d love to know what you believe is the key attribute that would lead to success as an allied health clinician within this field? Importantly – how do your personal and professional values align with our organisational values?
