In July 2019, Back2Work (powered by the Humanity Health Group) launched our PhD program, The Next Generation. The Next Generation program is a unique, collaborative partnership between Humanity Health Group, The University of Southern Queensland (USQ) and the Université du Québec à Montréal in Canada (UQAM).
The program has six research project that address barriers and constraints in transitioning from employment to unemployment, enhancing job seekers’ employability and how community-based employment services can leverage their specialised expertise into innovative strategies.
